Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Moz TCG LTD. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a UK-based business, our returns and refund policy is designed to fully comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. Right to Cancel & Change-of-Mind Returns (14-Day Window)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your online order and request a return within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened condition.

  • All factory shrink-wrap, seals, tamper-evident stickers, and original packaging must be completely intact and undamaged.

  • The item must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (such as your Shopify order number or receipt).

🛑 Important Exception for Sealed Products:

Due to the nature of Trading Card Games, all sealed products (including booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, blister packs, tins, and loose booster packs) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once the factory seal, shrink-wrap, or packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with. This is due to the immediate variance in value once the internal contents are revealed.

Graded Slabs & Singles:

  • Graded Cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.): Must be returned with the protective slab case entirely untampered with, scratch-free, and in the exact condition it was dispatched.

  • Single Cards: Must be returned in the exact condition, sleeve, and protective top-loader in which they were sent.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the eligibility criteria above and you wish to return it:

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery at Mo@moztcg.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with our returns shipping address.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Because TCG items can be high-value, you must use a tracked and insured shipping service. We cannot issue a refund if your return package is lost or damaged in transit back to us.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged in transit, is faulty, or is not as described on our storefront, you are fully protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the outer packaging and the item immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your Rights: If the goods are genuinely faulty or misdescribed, you have the right to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. In these cases, Moz TCG LTD will cover or reimburse all return shipping costs.

4. Event Tickets & Cancellations

If you have purchased digital entry tickets for one of our card shows or in-person vendor events:

  • Ticket Refunds: Ticket sales are generally final. However, if you can no longer attend, you may request a refund up to 7 days before the event date by contacting us at our business email.

  • Event Cancellation: In the rare event that a card show is cancelled or rescheduled by Moz TCG LTD, all ticket holders will automatically be issued a 100% full refund.

5. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our team to verify the factory seals and card condition:

  • We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

  • Please Note: Standard delivery charges paid on the original order will be refunded, but if you chose an upgraded express shipping option at checkout, only the value of our standard shipping cost will be refunded.
