If you create an account on our store, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

  2. Pricing, Market Volatility & Product Availability

  • Price Accuracy: While we strive to ensure all pricing on our storefront is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. Under UK consumer law, if we discover an obvious pricing error on an item you have ordered, we are not obligated to fulfill the order at the incorrect price. We will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

  • Market Volatility: Due to the high volatility of the Trading Card Game (TCG) market, prices for singles, graded slabs, and sealed products fluctuate frequently. Prices are locked only at the exact moment of order confirmation and payment. We do not offer price matches, retrofitted discounts, or partial refunds if an item's market value changes after your purchase.

  • Stock Allocations: We reserve the right to limit the sales quantities of any products to single individuals, households, or orders to prevent market cornering or scalping.

  1. Payments & Billing We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways (including Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. If your payment method fails or is flagged by our automated fraud detection systems, your order will be automatically cancelled.

  2. Pre-Order Policy

  • Allocation Cuts: Pre-orders allow you to secure upcoming TCG releases. However, manufacturers and distributors occasionally cut store allocations unexpectedly. While we only sell pre-orders based on confirmed allocations, if a distributor cuts our stock, we will fulfill orders in the exact chronological order they were placed. Any unfilled orders will be issued an immediate 100% full refund.

  • Cancellation Fees: Due to committing funds to secure distributor stock, we reserve the right to apply a processing fee if you request a cancellation on a pre-order item before its official release date.

  1. Event Tickets & Attendance

  • Ticket Fulfilling: Tickets purchased online for our in-person card shows and vendor events are digital and will be delivered via email.

  • Conduct: Moz TCG LTD reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from our event venues who engages in unsportsmanlike behavior, harassment, theft, counterfeit trading, or any activity that compromises the safety and enjoyment of attendees.

  1. Intellectual Property All content included on this website—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, product images, and digital downloads—is the exclusive property of Moz TCG LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Moz TCG LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, transit delays by third-party couriers, or the attendance of our physical events. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total price paid for the specific goods or tickets in question.
