At Moz TCG LTD, we know how important it is for your cards, booster boxes, and graded collectibles to arrive safely. We handle every single package with the utmost care, using premium packing materials to ensure your items arrive in the exact condition they left us.

📦 Our Collector's Guarantee: Every single high-value card and graded slab is securely packed using protective sleeves, team bags, and rigid cardboard backing or bubble wrap to prevent any shifting during transit. We pack your cards the way we’d want our own packed.

1. Processing & Handling Times

  • Standard Orders: We process and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Graded Slabs & High-Value Items: To ensure maximum security and meticulous packaging, these may take up to 2 business days to prepare for transit.

  • Pre-orders: Items purchased on pre-order will ship as soon as the stock officially releases in the UK.

    • Please Note: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available. If you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

2. UK Shipping Options & Rates

We ship across the UK using trusted couriers (primarily Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL) to ensure reliable, tracked delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email to monitor its journey.

3. Event Ticket Delivery

Purchasing tickets for our upcoming card shows or in-person vendor events?

  • No physical ticket will be shipped.

  • Your digital tickets will be delivered instantly via email. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see them within a few minutes of purchase.

  • Simply display the digital QR code on your mobile device at the event entrance for scanning.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package faces issues during transit:

  • Damaged Items: Please contact us immediately at Mo@moztcg.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the damaged outer packaging and items so we can open a claim with the courier.

  • Delayed or Lost Packages: Please allow up to 10 business days from the estimated delivery date before a package is officially classified as lost under UK courier guidelines. Once that window passes, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

5. International Shipping

We currently specialize in serving the UK TCG community. For international shipping inquiries outside of the UK, please contact our support team directly before placing an order to see if a custom shipping arrangement can be safely made.
